The Calla Lily Event Planning wants to help you create the wedding you have been dreaming of by offering customized service options built on the important basics needed to create a beauitful, unique and smooth running wedding day. We pour our heart and soul into each and every wedding we do so, we only take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure our couples get our very best.

After our initial 30-60 minute discovery call, we will create a customized proposal, just for you.

We always start with The Basics. These are the services we have found are most requested by our couples and help us create the best foundation for your wedding planning journey.

The Basics Package includes:

• A guided experience, from start to finish, with an experienced Wedding Planner to reduce the stress and anxiety of planning every little detail with our Wedding Planning Time Management.

• A curated team of wedding professionals, hand selected for you by your Wedding Planner, to ensure every little detail and moment is handled with expert quality care with our Vendor Recommendations.

• Personalized, genuine love and care through the planning process as you navigate the highs and the sometimes lows of wedding planning. Your Wedding Planner is always there to lend a helping hand, a shoulder to cry on, a professional opinion or expert advice and an listening ear with our Unlimited Guidance & Advice.

• A scheduled walkthrough of your venue, with a dedicated Wedding Planner who will work with your venue staff to help you layout and visualize your wedding within that space. We confirm important questions, details and logistics and make sure we plan ahead for all of you and your wedding pro team’s anticipated needs through our Site Visit/Venue Walkthrough.

• Customized wedding day timeline, created just for your wedding. Your timeline is expertly designed and organized by your Wedding Planner and coordinated and confirmed with your venue and your selected wedding pro team. We ensure all the little details are noted and planned for so that you can have a well organized and throughout wedding day with our Wedding Day Timeline Creation.

• Guided assistance with organizing and coordinating of your wedding party members and your VIP’s by arranging your wedding party order, music selections and ques and processional/recessional practice runs. Your dedicated Wedding Planner will be onsite at your rehearsal to ensure your wedding party knows exactly what to do while you soak in some final moments of your engagement together with our Rehearsal Coordination.

• A dedicated expert Wedding Planner and team, by your side, on your wedding day to ensure all the details are taken care of and you are able to relax and enjoy every little moment with our Full Day On-Site Coordination Services.

The Basics Package: $6,500

Additional Services that can be added on to your package include:

• A curated list of venues, expertly hand-selected by your dedicated Wedding Planner, based on your specific wedding needs, personalities, wedding vision and budget. Venue tours at each preferred venue come included in this service so that we can walk the spaces together and help you make the best decision for your wedding day with our Venue Recommendations.

• A uniquely personalized visual blueprint and design board, designed specifically for you, to bring your love story to life with our Event Design & Styling Services.
